“I have attended multiple events and meetings with Mark and can unequivocally say that he is a kind, well rounded colleague. Mark is a highly qualified and attentive person, meanwhile providing coherent advice to those around him. I have worked with Marc regarding a National Health Service (NHS) Regional Work Conference in Kent with the intention to help support the local community in various ways. Marc continues his loyal support to Warnborough College and others, in which I wish him every success with any and all endeavours. ” — Fraser J Matcham, College Admissions and Development Officer, Warnborough College, worked directly with Doctor Mark Fernando.

“I have known Dr. Mark Fernando since 1999, when he was introduced to Warnborough by our Chaplain, The Rev. Fr. Canon Dr. Richard G. Martin. Mark has served Warnborough on a consultancy basis since this time and has taken on the role of Lecturer and Counsellor to Warnborough students, led the Warnborough Advanced Research Institute for Comparative Bioethics, assisted in our strategic policy planning and is currently responsible for External Affairs and Official USA Examinations. Mark specialises in Accreditation and Quality Assurance. He is an ISO9001 Internal Trained Auditor for QMS. I have found his advice and assistance helpful in delivering the objectives of Warnborough. “I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Mark Fernando. The four years that I have known Mark he has demonstrated great work ethic, enthusiasm and professionalism. We were involved in the same debating society, and we met whilst debating in the same committee at the London International Model United Nations conference. His list of accomplishments, job experiences, extracurricular activities and educational journey through the world’s greatest universities demonstrate in a nut shell his high goals for life, and his sheer motivation to achieve the best possible outcome. He is fully submerged in life and the words which best describe Marks character is ‘Carpe Diem’. On a personal level he is a genuine, approachable individual with high morals who strives for the best. Such characteristics translate favorably to every aspect of his working life, such as his consultancy, where such qualities are not only desirable, but they are necessary for success. I have been inspired by his achievements thus far, and his ability to multitask by maintaining success in every aspect of his life. I sincerely recommend Dr Mark Fernando.” — Siiri Mäkelä de Oliveira, University of Kent, UK.
